Nemo Hotel Resort & Spa, Odesa

My stay at the hotel was a mix of extraordinary experiences and a few letdowns. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the sea. However, the service at times was quite slow, especially during meal times, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. The pool area was fantastic, offering a relaxing environment, but noise from ongoing construction was somewhat disruptive. Overall, the hotel offered great amenities and an enjoyable atmosphere, yet improvements in service speed and management of construction noise would enhance the experience significantly.

I had an enjoyable weekend at the Nemo Spa and Resort, which offered a lovely experience by the sea with great pools and dining options. The staff was friendly, but I faced some issues with the air conditioning and concierge services that impacted my overall stay. Still, the unique dolphin experiences and the beautiful spa made the trip worthwhile.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious suite and swimming with dolphins, which was a highlight of our stay. My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The service was exceptional, particularly from Oksana, who made my stay feel special and organized everything for me, right from the airport transfer to dolphin swimming. The rooms were clean and luxurious, offering stunning views of the Black Sea. However, there were some hiccups with the airport transfer and a few instances of slow service that marred an otherwise fantastic experience.

This resort is quite luxurious and definitely offers a lot of enjoyable amenities like a beautiful swimming pool and the opportunity to swim with dolphins, which my kids loved. However, the dining options and service at times fell short of expectations, especially during check-out when it was very slow. The panoramic suite we stayed in was spacious and had stunning views, but it was a bit pricey for what we got overall.
